Welcome to This Montana Life. Travel with me in my vintage trailer around the Big Sky state of Montana and see what the back roads of the Big Sky have to offer the common adventurer.

Hi. I just saw your site linked from another page about the Jet trailer that you sold. My fiance is getting their old one from her Dad. I really liked how yours turned out and I was wondering if you could point me to some how to guides for the restoration? I consider myself handy and capable but without much experience working on this kind of thing.
I’m actually located in Helena and I’m lookiing forward to future posts on your blog for where to take it once we get it fixed up.
Helena?! We are only 90 miles away. Jet trailers are just great and they restore beautifully. When we started restoring our first trailer, the Shasta Compact, we were intimidated as all get out and didn’t know where to start. We spent much time on the Vintage Shasta Trailer forum and read every post we could about restorations. I wish I knew of a how-to-guide but don’t. Hey, maybe I should write one! I’m sure my husband would be willing to chat with you about your upcoming restoration and share what we’ve learned.
Hi,
Remember us Roosevelt Lake? Thanks for the gift on our camp chair. Starting to plan our next snowbird experience and wanted to maybe catch up with you two.
